Richard Joy M.A. is an author, speaker, men’s work practitioner and founder of the organisation Awakened Man.
He specialises in the reawakening of male initiation processes in the contemporary age, having crafted his 7-Step Path of Initiation in which he guides individuals and groups of men in ‘walking the steps’ of spiritual and personal transformation. He also runs several international men’s groups as part of the Awakened Man Men’s Forum.
